“This place is truly incredible! Tucked away on the mountain and in nature but a really easy drive into Johnson City! So clean and decorated immaculately! It felt like we were in a peaceful upscale country retreat. Friendly hosts, place was sparking clean and everything we needed! We have stayed in over 100 Airbnbs and my husband cannot stop raving about this home. 11 out of 10!”
Mandy (Ohio)“Daniel’s place is magical! As someone who lives in a big city, this was the perfect place to relax on a road trip. The property is beautiful and all the farm animals truly make it extra special! They came right in front to the house but you can also visit them at their mini farm. The tub with all the candles turned on at night was so relaxing. The home was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!”
Farrah (9 years on Airbnb)“Our trip to this enchanting cabin was an absolute delight! The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The clean, beautiful, and incredibly cozy home set the stage for a memorable retreat. Meeting the alpacas and a charming goat added a touch of whimsy to our experience. The extraordinary landscape surrounding the cabin created a serene and peaceful ambiance, making it an ideal getaway. Close to all the hustle and bustle, yet it felt like a secluded haven. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort and tranquility!”
Jill (2 years on Airbnb)“We enjoyed our stay at the Fluffy Bottom Farm’s Serenity Cabin. The bath tub is as cool as it looks in the photos. We did a nice hike around the property and the trail is well marked and easy to follow. Used the propane grill, and enjoyed breakfast on the downstairs and upstairs patios. Roasted some marshmallows using the giant solo stove and appreciated the firewood available by the hosts. Cabin is secluded enough to feel like you’re by yourself, but also close enough to be able to drive into Johnson City and grab a burger at Pals, visit Dos Gatos coffee, or grab a beer at Yee-haw brewery. Wife’s review: ‘Beautiful.'”
David (Brentwood, Tennessee)“If I could live here, I would. The animals greeted me upon arrival and they were so friendly and cute—a few of them let me pet them! The tub and the view were absolutely incredible and the property was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and I felt right at home. I had a very relaxing stay and hope I can come back soon.”
Sarah (Louisville, Kentucky)“LOVED OUR STAY. Very clean, the bed was a king and SO COMFORTABLE, loved the location, the coffee bar was well stocked, very peaceful and private. The tub was the highlight for me. I knew ahead of time I wanted to take an epic bath so I purchased my own bath goodies since I assumed there probably wouldn’t be anyway, which there wasn’t but no big deal! Take a bath if that’s your vibe you won’t regret it! Overall all the appliances were super new and clean. Really really nice when your Airbnb is comfy clean and just beautiful to look at! Pictures don’t do it justice”
Emily (San Antonio, Texas)“One of the best and most unique places we’ve ever been. Highly recommend for any occasion. The farm animals were very polite.”
Justin (Washington, DC)“What an incredible find! Daniel’s place is serene, comfortable, and pristine. Easy to find with directions, plenty of comfortable places in and outdoors to relax, and easy access to a beautiful trail. Strongly recommend this place as a beautiful get away and immersion into the mountains with every creature comfort of home.”
Polly (Indianapolis, Indiana)“Fluffy bottom cabin was exactly as described we had a wonderful stay it was so romantic and private no expense was spared in furnishing the cabin our hosts Daniel and Ashley were wonderful and there animals on their farm next door are so darn cute we loved the fact that there were trails for us to hike right on the property we definitely plan to stay at Fluffy bottom cabin again thanks again Daniel and Ashley”
Carlos (Rahway, New Jersey)“The description is spot on. The driveway is pretty steep so I wouldn’t recommend a low profile vehicle for access. Once to the house, it was set up great for a couple. Very isolated and quiet. The place had everything you would need for a stay. One added bonus for me was the local animals. they note the Alpaca, Llamas, pigs and goat would frequent, but the pigs were fun. We actually bought sweet apples and sweet feed (Tractor Farm Supply) and every after noon they would visit. Although loud, were sweet and let you rub them while eating. The locale, although remote, was very close to Johnson City. Its a nice scenic ride by the river when you leave the house and head to Johnson City, via the river road. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.”
